To strengthen the company’s engineering project management capabilities and enhance the professional skills of engineering staff, ZHGAS’s Engineering Department and Administration Department jointly organized a three-day training program (January 17-19) at its headquarters. Employees from the Beijing Branch participated remotely via online sessions.
The training was meticulously designed based on thorough research and aligned with current operational needs. External experts delivered courses on:
Project lifecycle management and risk control
Contract management, visa compliance, and subcontractor oversight
Cost management and team collaboration
Using real-world case studies, the instructors dissected practical applications of project management, guiding participants to reflect on essential competencies such as execution, coordination, and leadership.
Participants described the training as “highly targeted and practical”, covering the entire project cycle and deepening their understanding of critical skills. They pledged to apply these insights to build robust management systems and enhance project execution efficiency.
Engineering project management is the cornerstone of corporate growth. Ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness is vital not only for ZHGAS’s development but also for safeguarding partner interests. As 2022 marks a pivotal year for industrial transformation, ZHGAS will expand its gasification projects while scaling up environmental protection initiatives. Building a highly skilled project management team remains a top priority, and this training has laid a strong foundation for achieving these goals.
